A little goes a long way so you dont have to use alot.  Massage into affected areas 1-3 times a day.

    • Apply a small amount to sore muscles, sprains, joint pain, tendons, ligmaents and anywhere that you feel inflammation, stress or discomfort 1-3 times daily
